Wendy Wood is a textile designer working with knitwear and industrially knit fabrics. In 2010 she received a B.F.A. in Textile Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
In 2016, after several years of working as a knit specialist in New York City, she began a three year apprenticeship as a knitwear programmer at STOLL America. This technical training and practical experience coupled with her foundation in textile design, significantly influences her current work.
Currently based in London, her pragmatic approach to textile design is characterised by a creative interplay of colour and structure.
